How It Works – The Process…

Just to give you an idea of the basic steps involved..


1. Free initial consultation

property finders sydney processTracey first meets with you to discuss in detail your property requirements, this initial meeting is to find out exactly what you are looking for, what location, type of property, proximity to local amenities, schools, together with your budget.

Tracey prefers to meet face to face, this ensures absolute accuracy of your detailed brief and to fully understand your requirements. At this meeting, if you are not sure what area you would like, advice is given on areas that might suit you best, the different types of property available, what is achievable for your budget, or what the budget you will need to buy your dream home.

2. Orientation (if required)

If you are unsure about the areas in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore and the Inner West, once you have engaged Tracey, a personal tour of these areas can be arranged. This service is provided at no additional cost.

3. Property search and initial preview

Once an area has been decided, all properties are reviewed, either on or off the market, or through extensive private contacts. A list of suitable properties are shortlisted, each one is inspected on your behalf, to finally compile a short list for your inspection.

4. Your viewings

At your convenience, you are introduced to all short-listed properties, this need only take a day of your time, and can sometimes take less. for Interstate and overseas clients, this is the only time that they may have to spend inspecting properties.

5. Property selection and negotiation

Once a property has been chosen, negotiations take place which ensure that the property has been secured at the lowest possible price.

6. Ensuring completion

Once the offer has been accepted, any other professionals that are needed are swiftly arranged to pull the deal over the line and get the contracts exchanged – i.e., solicitors, strata managers, pest and building, Tracey constantly liaises with all parties to ensure the completion runs efficiently and as smoothly as possible.

The success fee is only payable once contracts have been exchanged.
